IBBA Committees Accepting Nominations for Board of Directors

IBBA  Committees Accepting Nominations for Board of Directors: International Brangus Breeders Association (IBBA) committees are now accepting nominations for multiple positions on IBBA’s Board of Directors.

Nominations for areas two, three, seven and 11 will be accepted until October 5. Area two consists of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Area three covers Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Area seven is comprised of Texas and Mexico. Area 11 is all of the states within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Nominated candidates will be announced in the November issue of the Brangus Journal, along with their biographies. Election ballots will be mailed to IBBA members on November 10. Ballots must be postmarked by December 31 when returned to IBBA’s accounting office. The candidate receiving the largest number of votes in each electoral area will be announced after tabulation occurs in mid-January.
